1. No Return on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles for hygiene and safety reasons.
Please ensure you select the correct product before placing your order.
2. Eligibility for Return (Only for Damaged or Wrong Products)
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Time Window
You must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- We received the returned product in unused, sealed condition
- The issue (damage/wrong product) is verified by our team
Refund Method
Refunds are processed via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (if preferred)
Refund Timeline
Refunds may take 5–7 working days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Products without original packaging
- Orders placed under discounts, sale, or promotional offers
- Damage caused after delivery
- Customer dislike of fragrance (since scent preference is subjective)
6. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.
After Shipment
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
7. Missing or Wrong Items
If your order is missing items or includes incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges unless you received a damaged or incorrect product.
